Our Formation

In 1993, Wisely Property Consultants Pte Ltd was first founded to provide property management services.

Wisely 98 Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1998 to bring about a greater diversification to realise the vision of the group in the 21^st century. We now provide a diversified property services for commercial, mixed-use, industrial, residential and investment properties. The clientele we served are also diversified comprising corporates, individual property owners and investors ranging from financial institutions to religious organisations and food & beverage  operators.

Although with a relatively short history, we are frequently invited by governmental and regulatory bodies in providing expert advice concerning strata titled matters in Singapore and China.

In Singapore, we were invited by Spring Singapore to formulate a Singapore Standard for Managing Agents for Private Residential Estates. We were also invited by the Parliament of Singapore to appear before the Select Committee to provide evidence on amendments governing the Land Titles (Strata) Act and the Building and Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act.

In China, we provide expertise on strata titled matters to MallChina.net, a national association of shopping malls.
